I had my F350 in for a service, and some tire work, the service went well as usual, but the tire work was very disappointing. When I made the appointment I had to wait an extra week for the tire team to be available. I had four mounted tires that needed balancing, and installing. After having the truck all day I was informed the tires could not be balanced, and were not installed. I was then told that all the tires had to be replaced, and one of the rims was bent, and unusable. When I picked up the truck they had a quote for 4 new tires. I was charged $98.00 for this failed effort. I declined the new tires, and went to American Tire and Auto where in 45mins. and $60.00 the tires were balanced, and on the truck. My recommendation would be for you to use the $98.00 you got from me, and use it for training for your tire technicians.

Troy & his team are always amazing! Even in the busy time of the season, I can always count on them getting me in within a week of my request. I also love the early drop off box, makes is so easy to drop off before work and they’re still open by the time I’m off.

Your technician found some leaks while doing my oil change maintenance; and I was so pleased with how quickly I got an appointment to correct the problems. I dropped my car off at 8:15 and it was ready for pick up after 3pm!!! Very happy with the results!! Thank you, Ruby Cubano

Upon bringing your vehicle in for an alignment, we conducted an inspection and discovered that some newly installed components were loose. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the alignment until these components were properly replaced. It is important to note that some other shops may align a vehicle incorrectly just to make a profit, but our policy is to prioritize the safety and functionality of your vehicle. We only charge for inspections and offer to replace any necessary parts before continuing with the alignment process. I cannot believe that university chevron does not treat their customers like family. i recommend them to a friend and they told him the repair was going to be like 8000.00 dollars, he had a second opinion and actually it only cost 500 to have his vehicle fixed. They will screw you out of money so that means they will screw their own family. I wouldn't take anything there to be fixed they will surely over charge you.
