Asked for a front end alignment and tire swap. Got a quote of around $140 for both. Later I get a call that I need new ball joints and rack and pinion at a cost of $1622. Informed staff that I didn't have money for that right now. When I go to pick up my car I'm billed for a front end inspection and tire swap. Didn't ask for a front end inspection. If that is part of an alignment that should be stated up front.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment. No problem. They got my truck in and started the requested service. I have never had a problem with this establishment. Great service and friendly and polite employees. Will continue to use them in the future.

I thought everyone was professional and prompt.

My only very small complaint is there is no contact from the time my car goes in until about 10 minutes before closing. Since I can no longer get a ride back to Univ. Chevron WITH Univ. Chevron, I have to call a cab which takes a bit of time and yesterday, if I hadn't called ahead finally, you would have closed before I could pick up my car. I would appreciate just an interim text mid-afternoon with an hour window as to when I can pick up my car (and also, if I have to wait until the next day). Yesterday I didn't get an email that my car was ready for pickup until after I had picked it up and was already home.
