My Subaru Forester all of a sudden started making a scraping sound so I stopped by University Chevron. Kristy got Brandon to check it out, and within no time I was back on the road, problem fixed! Absolutely awesome experience!

Robert and Clayton seriously went above and beyond for us! Our axle went out right before we were supposed to drive 5 hours to Northway, and they searched all over town trying to find the part we needed. They could have easily just told us there wasn’t much they could do, but instead they kept looking and made it happen. We were in a really tough spot and needed to get home, so I can’t even explain how much we appreciated the extra effort. Really great people who genuinely cared about helping us out. I went in to see about getting my oil topped off before heading down the highway to McCarthy/Kennicott to spend some time with my daughter. At the same time, I was having a pretty severe issue with my brand-new tires (literally, less than 10 miles on them!!) from another location. It was right before closing on a Friday night, but Kristy and two guys in the shop (didn't catch their names) stayed late to help me out and rebalanced ALL 4 brand new tires. I was sooo appreciative, as it was also late on a Friday night, right before closing. The three of them went over and above to make sure my car was safe for the trip. Your entire crew - Kristy, Robert, Clayton, and the guys in the shop really care about your customers. I've been singing their praises every chance I get! They deserve a pizza party & cookies!

Great timely service. Clayton and Kristin were very busy but still had time to update us on the area. Coming in for oil change from out of state one never knows what kind of service you will get. I would strongly urge anyone needing any auto service while traveling let them service your vehicle.

Just 7 to 10 minutes off the Elliott highway this Family-Owned Chevron was a hidden gem for me. I was able to dump my tanks, take on fresh water, fill my propane tanks, and top off my diesel. Driving the Dalton Highway north to Dead Horse I was concerned about the windows on the driver side of my Arctic Fox catching a rock. I purchased poster board and gorilla tape at Walmart and one of their guys a young man very polite, did an excellent job covering my camper windows. They're laid back Alaskan mannerisms yet courteous and professional made this stop memorable for me. To the family and staff at University Chevron Fairbanks. Thank you!

Ive been taking my vehicles to University Chevron for many years now. Ive never been disappointed. This past time I had to get new tires and Clayton was very helpful with this and talked me through the best ones to buy for my Toyota Rav.
