Honestly I'm a over protective person when it comes to my truck, but I trust these men to do the job right! Very few shops here will tell you the full truth and help save you money at the same time. These guys ALWAYS take care of their customers, answer every question to the best of their knowledge, and the best part (if they can) save you money. I continue to bring my truck because of the EXCELLENT service and peace of mind that everything with my truck is at its best when I leave. This review only gives 5 stars,but they deserve a perfect 10!

Robert was thorough in understanding the issues I was having with my car to relay to the mechanics. They were upfront about what work they found needing to be done, an explanation of why it meant and why it was important, as well as the associated costs. There was one issue that wasn't noticed that might have saved my car a day in the shop, but overall, I was glad they communicated it with me and took care of it right away.

I dropped in with no appointment - needed a battery replacement and was prepared to wait. No wait needed! Battery was replaced in well under an hour! Great service.

I'm absolutely impressed with the service, the oil changes are a must if you have a car and you will get so much more information about your vehicle when you bring it to University Chevron. I found out that safety was an issue with my Trailblazer and the staff helped me to understand all my options, as well as recommending future items to look out for and address later. Called these guys needing a VERY last minute repair in a time crunch. I called several shops around town, and was basically told what I needed (and how quickly I needed it) was impossible. The guys at University Chevron went above and beyond to make the repair happen. They even located a part that they didn't have on hand and got the repair done that day. I would recommend them a hundred times over.
